Blue Cloud Aviation

Aircraft management,
handled personally.

Owning an airplane should be about flying it. We take care of the maintenance, compliance, and day-to-day operations so you don't have to think about them.

Services

What we take care of

You own the airplane. We handle everything else.

Maintenance

Annuals, 100-hours, AD compliance, service bulletins, and unscheduled repairs coordinated with shops we know and trust. Logbooks stay current.

Financials

Clear monthly reporting on every dollar. Vendor payments, fuel accounts, hangar rent, and insurance all tracked. No markups on services.

Compliance

FAA registration, airworthiness directives, transponder and ELT certifications, inspection scheduling. Every deadline tracked.

Insurance

Working with aviation brokers to fit coverage to how you actually fly. Hull, liability, and claims support when you need it.

Hangar & Storage

T-hangar, box hangar, or tie-down — we help find the right fit. Seasonal repositioning and relocation logistics handled end to end.

Pilot Support

Contract pilot sourcing, training coordination, medical and currency tracking. Whether you fly yourself or hire crew, the paperwork stays straight.

Aircraft

Aircraft we manage

From fabric-wing taildraggers to light jets — if it has an N-number, we can manage it.

Piston Singles

J-3 Cub, Cessna 172, Cherokee, Bonanza — fabric to aluminum, fixed gear to retractable.

Piston Twins

Baron, Seneca, Cessna 310. Two engines means more systems to track — annuals, prop overhauls, gear systems, and the AD notes that come with complex aircraft.

Turboprops

Pilatus PC-12, TBM, Caravan. Hot section inspections, prop governors, and heavier regulatory requirements — all covered.

Light Jets

Citation CJ series, Pilatus PC-24, Phenom 300, HondaJet. Part 91 jet ownership done right, including transition support for first-time jet owners.

About

One person, your tail number

Blue Cloud Aviation is run personally by Matt McFarlane. The whole point is one dedicated point of contact who actually knows your airplane — by tail number, by squawks, by what's coming up on the next inspection.

The big management companies are built for fleets and charter revenue. If you own a Bonanza, a Pilatus, or a light jet that isn't generating charter income, you usually end up coordinating most of it yourself. That's the gap we fill.

No call centers, no account-manager rotation, no markup games. Just a phone that gets answered and a straight answer when you call.
